Applications & Access Control Analyst, Associate Vice President Greater Sydney, Australia Area

The Company is seeking an Applications & Access Control Analyst to assess and process application-related requests in accordance with established procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating with business, production support, and development teams; verifying approvals and maintaining records; managing user access, account creation, and time-sensitive limit changes; and preparing application reports. The analyst will coordinate tasks through completion, review system policies and procedures annually, and identify opportunities to improve processes and automate manual work. The role also involves supporting escalations and applying sound judgment to manage risk and report control issues. Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and clear, concise written and verbal communication. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are desirable, while scripting or programming, process improvement or automation experience, and familiarity with financial markets are advantageous. Experience administering trading systems is also a plus.
