Head of Engagement & Readiness

The Company is seeking a Head of Engagement & Readiness to provide strategic oversight of organisational readiness and stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of major transformation initiatives. The role takes an enterprise-wide view of cumulative change impacts, organisational capacity, competing priorities, dependencies, and risks. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with executives and diverse stakeholder groups, and influence decisions on transformation sequencing, engagement, and readiness. Responsibilities also include leading senior change professionals and strengthening enterprise change governance and reporting. Applicants should have extensive experience in enterprise transformation, strategic change, or organisational readiness leadership, with the ability to work across multiple programs rather than focus on individual project delivery. Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, experience in complex, highly matrixed environments, and exposure to enterprise technology or operating model transformation are required. A confident, personable, and collaborative leadership style is important. Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or higher education is an advantage.
