Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial transformation, strengthen governance, and support sustainable business growth. The CFO will partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations, while working with business leaders to identify risks and opportunities, improve performance, and inform pricing and resource decisions. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management; overseeing accounting and timely financial reporting; and strengthening internal controls, cash flow, treasury, and cost management. The role also ensures compliance with applicable financial and tax requirements and develops the Finance team. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification is strongly preferred. Significant experience across financial planning, reporting, controls, treasury, taxation, and business partnering is required, along with senior finance leadership experience in a complex environment. Applicants should have experience with ERP and financial reporting systems, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills are essential.
