Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer

The Company is in search of a Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer to lead its enterprise-wide compliance and privacy program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of corporate compliance and privacy programs, advising executive leadership and the Board on a range of matters including regulatory compliance, privacy, ethics, governance, and enterprise risk. This role involves overseeing compliance activities across various regulatory obligations, directing compliance risk assessments, auditing and monitoring activities, and partnering with leaders across different functions to ensure a culture of compliance and integrity. Applicants for the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer position at the company should have a strong background in managed care compliance, healthcare privacy, and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and expertise in areas such as Medicare Advantage, FEHB, HIPAA, and fraud, waste, and abuse requirements. The role requires a collaborative and strategically minded executive who can maintain a strong, independent relationship with the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee. The Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer will also be involved in privacy governance, breach response, regulatory reporting, and corrective action planning, and must be prepared to serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Board while shaping the future of the compliance program.
