Investment Banking Vice President

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to originate and execute mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions from engagement through closing. The role leads deal teams and manages client relationships, serving as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, buyers, investors, and external advisors. Responsibilities include overseeing financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials; coordinating due diligence and workstreams; and participating in client presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussions. The Vice President will also mentor junior bankers, manage multiple transactions, and support client development initiatives alongside senior leadership. Candidates should have at least four years of investment banking experience, including significant M&A execution, and the ability to independently lead complex transactions. Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, presentation, communication, and client-facing skills are required. Experience mentoring junior colleagues and leading deal teams is also expected. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required; experience in business services, technology, or industrials is preferred.
