Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Greater Tel Aviv, Israel Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of IT with a strong background in information security, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the IT and information security team, developing and executing IT and security work plans, and continuously improving the company's cybersecurity and IT strategy. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the CISO expected to be technically involved when necessary, and to own various aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, server rooms, cloud environments, and business applications. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of relevant experience, with at least 3 years' in a leadership or management role, and a proven track record of leading technical teams. The role demands a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, networking, IAM, and cybersecurity, as well as experience in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management. The ideal candidate will also have experience with security governance, risk management, and compliance programs, and be adept at managing third-party security risks. Strong communication skills, the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach are essential. Experience with cloud environments, security certifications, and modern application security is advantageous.
