Chief Product & Technology Officer Greater Tel Aviv, Israel Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Product & Technology Officer to lead Product Management and Engineering as an integrated organization, accountable for product strategy, technology vision, delivery, and customer and partner outcomes. The role will build a faster, high-quality development and release process, apply AI across product development and operations, and strengthen product-led adoption. The executive will bring together customer, partner, and internal feedback to guide priorities and execution, while fostering clear operating rhythms, accountability, and collaboration. The position also includes serving as the senior leader for the Company’s local office, supporting its stability, culture, and ability to attract and retain talent. Candidates should have senior leadership experience overseeing Product and Engineering at a high-growth B2B software or cybersecurity organization, along with deep knowledge of cybersecurity, particularly endpoint security, detection and response, and security operations. A track record of building product-led growth experiences and increasing engineering velocity without sacrificing quality, reliability, security, or customer trust is required. Strong understanding of AI-enabled development and AI-native product strategy is essential. Experience scaling a cybersecurity product organization and working with partner-centric or channel-led business models is preferred.
