Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day operations, strengthen service delivery, and support organizational growth. The role will establish operational priorities and performance measures, coordinate delivery and client-facing teams, manage resources and risks, and build scalable processes. Working with senior leadership, the COO will translate strategy into measurable plans, improve productivity and service quality, and support business development and client relationships. Responsibilities also include overseeing budgets and operational performance, leading a multidisciplinary workforce, and maintaining effective controls, compliance, and stakeholder relationships. Candidates should have significant senior operations leadership experience in technology services, professional services, or a related financial services environment, with a record of managing complex operations and multidisciplinary teams. Required strengths include project and service delivery, strategic execution, performance improvement, financial planning, cost management, and commercial relationship management. A sound understanding of banking and financial services is desirable, along with strong decision-making, communication, negotiation, and people leadership skills. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
