Head of AI/DX Product

The Company is seeking a Head of AI/DX Product to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will have significant autonomy in overseeing multiple flagship SaaS products, with a primary focus on formulating product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives. This includes the full spectrum of responsibilities from product strategy formulation to execution, based on in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback. The role also involves close collaboration with various teams such as management, sales, and customer success, as well as leading a team of product managers and driving their training, management, and organizational reform. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' practical experience in product management, with a proven track record in leading product strategy and managing a team. High communication and leadership skills are essential, as is a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in business-level Japanese and conversational English. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background or experience in UI/UX design, and a strong understanding of SaaS product management. Experience in data-driven decision-making, and hypothesis testing, and a background in Agile development methodologies are also highly valued.
