Head of CCM Services & Lead BCO

The Company is seeking a country head to lead its Credit and Capital Management services and Business Credit Office function. Responsibilities include overseeing credit underwriting, portfolio risk exposure, and end-to-end credit and lending controls, while improving processes and ensuring effective service delivery. The role will lead operating-model transformation, digitization, automation, and customer experience initiatives, and manage planning, budgets, performance measures, and governance. It also involves representing the function with stakeholders and developing a diverse team while coordinating with partners across the business. Candidates should bring extensive wholesale credit and lending experience, with a background in coverage, credit management, or operations. Proven leadership experience, including team management, organizational design, and strategic planning, is required. Applicants should have expertise in credit risk management, control assessment, and SOX compliance, along with experience driving digitization and customer experience improvements. Business-level Japanese and English are required.
