Head of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead organizational management and technology strategy during a period of growth and IPO preparation. Responsibilities include shaping the engineering organization, developing managers and leaders, and formulating business, profit-and-loss, and workforce plans. The role will establish organizational structures and internal controls, promote AI-enabled development, and make final decisions on product strategy, technology selection, and architecture. The Head of Engineering will also report to management and contribute to executive decision-making. Candidates must have experience managing a software development organization across multiple products and teams, along with a track record of collaborating and negotiating with executives and other departments. A bachelor’s degree and fluent Japanese are required. Experience with SaaS product development and operations, enterprise consulting, engineering organization leadership, or building and managing quality assurance processes is preferred.
