Associate Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership to a complex, highly regulated business unit and corporate functions. The role serves as a primary advisor to senior executives, shaping and delivering people strategies across organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, culture, employee engagement, and regulatory matters. Working with business leaders and HR specialists, the successful candidate will strengthen organizational effectiveness, support transformation, and advance business priorities. They will also use data and insights to guide decisions and lead teams through change. Candidates should bring substantial experience as a strategic HR business partner to senior executives in a complex, matrixed environment, preferably one that is regulated. Strong business acumen and credibility are essential, along with expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, workforce planning, and culture. The role requires excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, sound judgment in navigating complexity, and the ability to translate business needs into practical people strategies. Experience leading high-performing teams through change and transformation is also important.
