Executive Vice President, Provincial Clinical Programs Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President, Provincial Clinical Programs to provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad clinical portfolio. The role focuses on coordinating care across the continuum and improving access, quality, equity, patient and provider experiences, and health outcomes. The executive will translate shared clinical priorities into coordinated delivery through portfolio leaders and their teams, connecting provincial program oversight with regional implementation. Responsibilities include aligning resources and delivery commitments, strengthening collaboration across care settings, and ensuring initiatives reflect government direction and achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate is an accomplished healthcare executive with a strong record of turning strategy into action, managing complex programs and resources, and improving care and system performance. They understand the full continuum of care and can build trusted relationships across hospital, specialty, primary, community, and mental health services. Strong strategic and analytical judgment is needed to assess capacity, set priorities, navigate funding and approval requirements, and make decisions in constrained environments. The role also calls for effective partnership with senior clinical leaders, clear operational leadership, and the ability to empower senior teams while maintaining accountability and strategic oversight.
