Vice President & Head of Disclosure

The Company is seeking a Vice President and Head of Disclosure to define and lead enterprise strategy for regulatory and customer transparency. The role will embed disclosure-by-design principles into product architecture and roadmaps, and oversee the development of automated disclosure tools, reporting dashboards, and audit trails. Responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks for data accuracy and consistent reporting, monitoring regulatory developments, and improving workflows to support growth and changing requirements. The leader will also collaborate across business functions, advise on positioning transparency, and build and mentor high-performing teams. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in disclosure, regulatory reporting, or compliance-focused product leadership, including experience translating regulatory requirements into technology platforms and product roadmaps. Deep knowledge of disclosure governance frameworks and transparency standards is required, along with strong analytical, risk management, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills. Applicants should bring leadership experience in fast-paced, regulated, or data-centric environments. An advanced degree or governance certification is preferred.
