Vice President, Markets Treasury Lead Business Analyst Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Markets Treasury Lead Business Analyst to lead global technology projects across the end-to-end lifecycle of Money Market initiatives. The role serves as the primary link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex needs into functional requirements and collaborating on solution design. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional, multi-region delivery; supporting business users; and guiding a team of business analysts. The successful candidate will also partner with engineering, DevOps, testing, and production support teams to improve release automation and maintain the stability and resilience of trade booking systems, while communicating progress and issues to senior stakeholders. Candidates should have at least six years of business or systems analysis experience, ideally in markets or treasury technology, and a record of leading large global projects. Strong Money Market product knowledge, multi-regional user support experience, and skill in documenting requirements and translating them into technology solutions are required. Applicants should understand Agile software development lifecycles, version control, automated deployments, and complex systems architecture, and demonstrate strong analytical, diplomatic, and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
