Vice President, Technology Product Management Lead Business Analyst Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Technology Product Management Lead Business Analyst with a focus on Master and Reference Data. The successful candidate will be a senior individual contributor responsible for defining product vision, driving product roadmaps, and leading platform enhancements. This role requires a thought leader who can ensure the continuous exploration of new technologies, advance data quality and capabilities, and maximize business value and platform adoption. The candidate will work closely with senior business users, operations leads, and technologists to lead business and functional requirements for complex corporate action initiatives, manage the product backlog, and drive sprint prioritization. Key responsibilities include data modeling, mapping, data mining, and profiling, as well as leading engagements with data providers and vendors. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' of relevant experience, with at least 5 years' in a similar role within the financial services or technology industry. Proficiency in requirements management tools, process modeling, and Agile methodologies is essential. The role also requires a basic understanding of database concepts, SQL, and Oracle, as well as experience in business process reengineering and modern system architectures. Strong analytical skills, experience in documenting specifications, and a background in the master or reference data space are necessary. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a good understanding of AI/GenAI fundamentals, process automation, and intelligent data quality checks.
