Chief Commercial Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the development of its commercial strategy in the context of a rapidly evolving waste industry. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of this transformation, with a focus on the new regulatory requirements for circularity, changing technology, and the need to create value throughout the value chain. The role is pivotal in redefining the company's market approach, with an emphasis on reducing resource use, increasing reuse, and material recycling. The CCO will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, developing national sales, and strategic customer relationships, and strengthening the company's position through innovative solutions and consulting. This is a key leadership position that requires a seasoned commercial leader with a background in complex B2B markets, particularly in the context of business development, profitable growth, or commercial transformation. While experience in recycling or the circular economy is beneficial, a background in industry, energy, technical services, logistics, or other B2B markets is equally relevant. The ideal candidate will have a strategic market understanding, the ability to translate market and regulatory changes into commercial opportunities, and a proven track record of creating and executing commercial strategies.
