The Company is seeking a Head of Product to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of innovation, with a focus on owning, building, and running a startup in the fields of Space Tech. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to embark on an extensive personal development journey and take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenues. The Head of Product will work closely with serial entrepreneurs, including unicorn founders, and will be supported in all aspects of the startup journey, from team building to product iteration, and ultimately, to securing multi-million euro funding. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role demands a high level of commitment and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent communication skills in English are essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in product management and a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, leading the product development process, conducting market research, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets the needs of the target market. The Head of Product will also be involved in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and will play a key role in the overall success of the startup.
