Executive Director

The Company is seeking an entrepreneurial Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a community development organization. The role will lead execution of an adopted master plan, steward the development of a large mixed-use district, and advance community ownership, cultural preservation, and economic opportunity. The Executive Director will build organizational capacity, guide operations, strengthen partnerships, and address fundraising and capital needs. They will also work closely with the board and community stakeholders to turn a shared vision into measurable progress. The ideal candidate is an experienced builder and operator with the judgment to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and the tenacity to make strategic decisions and deliver results. They should be able to develop an evolving organization, cultivate partnerships, and lead with humility and a strong commitment to community priorities. No specific education requirements are stated.
