Head of Legal & Business Compliance

The Company is seeking a Head of Legal & Business Compliance to serve as its principal legal advisor and establish and lead the legal function. This hands-on role covers commercial agreements, disputes and litigation, external counsel, corporate governance, and practical legal advice that supports business growth. The successful candidate will own the Business Compliance Framework, including policies, investigations, remediation, ethics processes, training, and monitoring regulatory developments. The role also oversees sustainability and privacy compliance, translating legal requirements into practical solutions and driving continuous improvement. Candidates should bring expertise in commercial contracting, business compliance management, legal risk, and corporate law and governance, alongside integrity, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach. Awareness of sustainability and ESG requirements, GDPR, and privacy compliance is required. Strong project leadership and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders, operational and enabling teams, compliance specialists, and external legal counsel are essential.
