Associate Vice President, Branch Asset Specialist Greater Vadodara, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Branch Asset Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the asset sales process, including customer interface, document completion, and interaction on behalf of Relationship Managers in mortgage cases. This role also involves discrepancy resolution and the disbursal of asset products in the region. The ideal candidate will have a graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline, with 4-7 years of relevant experience, and a strong background in retail banking and wealth management. Key responsibilities for this position include developing expert knowledge of the customer base, market trends, and competitor activities to manage strategic direction, as well as engaging with builders, brokers, and other intermediaries to develop business for the region. The role requires daily coordination with internal stakeholders such as underwriting and legal teams, and providing dedicated back-end support to Branch Relationship Managers. The candidate should be adept at operational effectiveness, ensuring that discrepancy rates and fraudulent applications are within acceptable benchmarks. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage, and the candidate should be prepared to represent the organization with both internal and external stakeholders.
