The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the CEO of the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, direction, and implementation of all programs and policies, ensuring the efficient and effective administration of the business plan. This includes overseeing marketing and public relations activities to meet occupancy goals, as well as the evaluation and admission process. The Executive Director will also be tasked with maintaining resident satisfaction, coordinating resident service activities, and ensuring the community operates in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Additionally, the role involves hiring, training, and scheduling community staff, and acting as a culture ambassador to uphold the company's core values. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company must meet the current requirements of the State Department of Social Services Standards and Regulations for Licensed Assisted Living Facilities. A minimum of 2 years' post-secondary education, with a college degree preferred, and at least 3 years' of experience in a supervisory role in senior housing are required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and compassionate personality, and a strong understanding of the relevant standards and regulations. Responsibilities also include ensuring the community is appropriately staffed, participating in direct marketing, and being the primary contact for formal licensing inspections.
