The Company is seeking a Vice President of Casino Operations to direct casino activities through managers and supervisors, including slots, table games, and sportsbook operations. Responsibilities include reviewing operational reports, setting priorities, delegating work, and coordinating with other departments to support efficient operations. The role oversees budgets, costs, staffing decisions, and the development of short- and long-term goals. The Vice President will also ensure compliance with applicable gaming requirements, safeguard property assets, improve procedures, and promote guest satisfaction and employee morale. Candidates should have at least five years of casino management experience and thorough knowledge of casino games, rules, procedures, and regulations. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or certifications.
