Vice President, Delivery & Solutions

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Delivery & Solutions to shape, sell, and deliver scalable consulting solutions across digital platforms and AI ecosystems. The role includes defining a market-aligned solutions portfolio, establishing delivery standards and governance, and aligning capabilities across teams to support consistent outcomes and predictable performance. The Vice President will own solution-level delivery quality, client success, and financial results, while enabling sales teams with clear solution narratives. They will also guide complex engagements, address escalations, and refine offerings using client feedback, delivery insights, and market developments. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and be U.S. citizens, with at least 10 years of experience in consulting, digital delivery, or professional services leadership. At least five years of hands-on experience in platform-based solution development or architecture is required, along with a track record of defining and scaling repeatable consulting offerings. Applicants should demonstrate accountability for delivery outcomes, financial performance, and client success, as well as experience shaping and closing complex deals. Strong leadership through influence, knowledge of modern digital ecosystems, and the ability to work across strategy, execution, and enablement are essential.
