The Company is seeking a Vice President for Public Sector Sales to lead and shape the future of sales in the U.S. and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a multi-year go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding client relationships across Federal, SLED, and Canadian government markets. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in SaaS and cybersecurity sales, particularly in the public sector. The VP will oversee a dedicated public sector channel team, partner with global engineering and product leadership, and ensure sales alignment with federal compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include recruiting and retaining a high-performing sales organization, serving as an executive sponsor on complex government procurements, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. To excel in this position, candidates must have at least 15 years of relevant sales experience, a Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field, and a deep understanding of the public sector sales landscape, including Federal, SLED, and GSI leadership. The role demands a leader with a strong command of government security authorization frameworks, contracting vehicles, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, possess a growth mindset, and have the ability to influence and achieve alignment across different interests. A U.S. Citizen with Secret or Top Secret Clearance is required.
