Vice President of People Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of People Operations to turn the Chief People Officer’s strategy into measurable execution across the employee lifecycle. The role leads HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, employment compliance, HR systems, workforce data, and process improvement. Responsibilities include developing scalable processes and controls, guiding and developing the People Operations team, and advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters. The VP also oversees recruiting and workforce planning, strengthens HR service delivery and data integrity, and coordinates employee experience initiatives with organizational partners. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive Human Resources or People experience spanning HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, employment law compliance, HR systems, and employee experience. They must have demonstrated success leading HR professionals and independently executing enterprise priorities, along with sound judgment advising senior leaders on sensitive and complex matters. Experience using workforce data, technology, and process improvement to improve decisions, controls, and service is required. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
