The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Accounting & Controls to lead operational accounting processes and strengthen internal controls, process quality, and continuous improvement. The role oversees quarterly accounting close activities across several business areas, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. The successful candidate will lead and develop a large team, coach direct reports, and build collaborative relationships across finance teams. They will also drive efficiency and control enhancements and partner on transactions and strategic initiatives to operationalize accounting impacts. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, with a CPA designation preferred, and 10–15 years of progressive accounting or operational accounting experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial services accounting processes is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to deliver results, develop talent, drive innovation, and build collaborative partnerships. A required security clearance must be obtained before accessing protected information, assets, or work sites.
