The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager with a focus on German Fund Accounting. This senior leadership role is pivotal in providing strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining governance of fund accounting services for a diverse international client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple fund accounting teams, setting and aligning strategic delivery with global models, and managing end-to-end operational processes, controls, and risk. Additionally, the role involves acting as a senior escalation point for complex matters, building strong client relationships, and leading transformation initiatives to drive process standardization and the adoption of advanced technologies. To excel in this position, candidates must have significant experience in fund accounting or a related financial services discipline, with a proven track record in senior leadership. A strong strategic and commercial mindset, solid understanding of risk, control, and regulatory expectations, and experience in managing senior client relationships are essential. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of German is advantageous. Preferred skills include experience in people management, exposure to data analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools, and a background in German fund accounting or related areas.
