Trustees (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking Trustees and Governing Board Members to help guide its strategic direction and support its next phase of growth and impact. Board members will bring insight, constructive challenge, and relevant networks to strengthen governance and leadership. The recruitment aims to broaden the Board’s geographic diversity and ensure its perspectives reflect the organization’s global work. The expected time commitment is approximately half a day per month. Candidates should bring senior-level experience in financial management and expertise in one or more relevant areas, including public procurement, government reform, digital reform across different country contexts, or private-sector engagement. Experience in anti-corruption, governance, open government, or transparency is also valuable. Applicants based in the Global South, particularly those with experience across the Asia-Pacific region, are especially encouraged to apply.
