The Company is seeking a Chapter President to lead and grow its executive leadership community in Orange County, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a highly engaged community of CEOs, founders, business owners, and senior executives, and will serve as the primary relationship for chapter members. This role involves recruiting and leading a team of Chapter Directors, personally developing new member relationships, and planning and executing monthly events that deliver value to existing members and attract prospective members. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relationship-driven role, a strong existing network within the local business community, and the ability to quickly build authentic relationships. An entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance various responsibilities are essential. As the Chapter President, you will be at the forefront of the company's mission to create a space where accomplished leaders can gather, grow, and give. Success in this role is defined by the ability to establish a vibrant local community, consistently add new members, and create an experience that fosters engagement, introductions, referrals, and long-term growth.
