The Company is in search of a visionary and execution-oriented Vice President, Product Innovation to spearhead the identification, validation, and scaling of new product opportunities. This leader will be instrumental in transforming the product development process, with a focus on AI-enabled and agentic practices. The role involves serving as the company's innovation catalyst, balancing customer discovery, strategic product incubation, and organizational transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation of new offerings, establishing scalable, AI-native product development capabilities, and fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to driving growth through both new products and new ways of building products. Candidates for the Vice President, Product Innovation role at the company should have a proven track record in leading software products from concept to commercial launch and post-launch scaling. A deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in software product development is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' progressive product leadership experience, with a strong background in building and managing innovation portfolios. Experience in higher education, education technology, SaaS, or complex B2B software markets is preferred. The role requires a leader with strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence strategy and organizational change. A passion for driving the future of product innovation and AI-enabled development, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is also a must.
