Chief of Staff, LATAM Operations Strategy Remote (anywhere in Costa Rica)

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to shape the strategic direction and operational performance of its regional service organization across Latin America. The role partners with the regional leader to own a multi-year growth roadmap, lead business process transitions and enterprise transformation programs, and improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Responsibilities include providing oversight across service delivery locations, driving performance governance and organizational development, and leading leadership-team operating rhythms and strategic planning. The Chief of Staff will also represent the region in executive forums and coordinate initiatives across functions. Candidates should bring senior operational or strategic leadership experience in global business or shared services, with a strong record of regional growth and organizational transformation. Required expertise includes large-scale process transitions, service integrations, operating model changes, governance, risk management, and benefits realization. Applicants should be skilled in multi-year planning, KPI and dashboard design, performance management, and executive communication and influence. Experience in a Chief of Staff or equivalent advisory role is expected, along with a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, operations management, or a related field, and proficiency in English.
