Head of HR

The Company is in search of a visionary Head of HR to spearhead transformative initiatives that will shape the organization's culture and structure for the future. This strategic role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing employer branding, and implementing structural changes to support sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, leading culture change implementation, driving employer branding efforts, and designing robust HR frameworks for global expansion. Key responsibilities also include talent management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and championing change management projects. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in HR leadership, with a strong background in change management and culture implementation. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or HR certifications being preferred. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Strong expertise in HR best practices, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with Cyprus labor laws, CySEC regulations, and international HR practices is a plus, and fluency in English and Greek is considered a very strong advantage.
