Candidates must be a member of The Company’s bar in good standing and have strong civil and administrative litigation skills. Excellent writing and communication abilities are required, along with knowledge of relevant statutes, administrative rules, and federal laws and regulations. The ideal candidate can analyze complex problems, evaluate solutions, and apply sound judgment to determine compliance. A valid driver’s license is required.
