Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations / Country Lead for Germany. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the integration and development of the company's German operations, with a focus on creating a cohesive, country-wide network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accountability and P&L of operations across Germany, leading change, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include bringing teams and operations together, developing the operational structure, and working closely with the European leadership team to shape the future operating model. Applicants must have a strong background in senior operations leadership within 3PL, 4PL, logistics, transport, or distribution, particularly in life sciences, healthcare, and pharmaceutical environments. The role requires experience in managing multi-location operations, a proven track record in leading change, and strong people leadership skills. Fluency in German and English is essential. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to influence the evolution of the German operation, challenge existing processes, and have real ownership of the necessary structure and leadership to support the business's growth.
