Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Remote (anywhere in Ireland)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology organization, including engineering, AI, security, reliability, quality, and content. The role will deliver the product roadmap through a reliable, secure, and scalable platform while managing delivery and costs. A key priority is consolidating multiple technology stacks and teams into a unified platform without disrupting customers. The CTO will also establish the technology operating model, guide AI and model risk strategy, strengthen engineering and delivery practices, represent technology in commercial and customer engagements, and oversee the technology budget. Candidates should have at least 12 years of software engineering and technology leadership experience, including five or more years in a CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent role within B2B SaaS. Experience scaling engineering organizations, leading a platform migration or stack consolidation, and delivering AI, machine learning, or natural language processing products in production is required. Strong knowledge of security, resilience, and the needs of regulated customers is essential. The ideal candidate brings commercial judgment, sound decision-making, and the ability to lead teams through change.
