Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Fintech Co-Founder Remote (anywhere in Europe)

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Fintech Co-Founder to join their dynamic team of serial entrepreneurs. The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on the challenge of building and scaling a startup in the Fintech sector. As a CMO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running the startup, with a focus on tasks such as team building, distribution, and product iteration to achieve product-market fit. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with unicorn founders, receive 1:1 sparring, and access a community of top-tier professionals, peers, and investors. Applicants must be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and be prepared to take full responsibility for their startup, with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a requirement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, ready to embark on an extensive personal development journey, and is committed to the rigorous process of building a successful company.
