Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Remote (anywhere in Latvia)

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to spearhead its global commercial strategy and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for customer acquisition, monetization, retention, and growth within the ecosystem. This executive role demands a leader who can set and achieve revenue targets, identify new opportunities, and build a robust commercial operating model. The CCO will be accountable for the performance of various revenue channels, including digital sales, VIP, retention, and partnerships, and must ensure that growth initiatives are sustainable and profitable. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, and the role requires a strong analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions. Applicants for the CCO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior role with significant revenue responsibility. A proven track record in growing revenue across multiple products, channels, or markets is essential, as is experience in managing commercial functions such as sales, VIP, retention, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial metrics and be adept at driving performance across the customer lifecycle. Strong leadership, communication, and executive skills are a must, as is the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international product environment.
