Head of Partnerships

The Company is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead government and strategic relationships while driving commercial growth. The role involves building and maintaining non-partisan relationships with government, political offices, public-sector stakeholders, and senior business leaders. Responsibilities include developing partnerships and revenue opportunities, preparing proposals and agreements, and securing media opportunities with senior figures. The Head of Partnerships will also support premium events and leadership programmes, secure sponsors and speakers, and lead a small team while maintaining disciplined stakeholder records, follow-ups, and reporting. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, political communications, corporate affairs, or senior partnerships, along with an established network across government and political offices. Strong relationship-building skills, political neutrality, discretion, sound judgement, and confidence engaging with senior executives and high-net-worth individuals are essential. Fluency in spoken and written Malay and English, with strong writing skills, is required. Commercial partnership or sponsorship experience, media or events exposure, and team management experience are advantageous; Indonesian networks or additional language skills are also beneficial.
