Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to be its senior finance leader and play a pivotal role in the organization's growth. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and scaling the finance and accounting function, with a focus on overseeing all financial activities, including accounting and financial reporting, project and manufacturing accounting, budgeting and forecasting, cash and working capital management, and financial planning and analysis. A key aspect of the role is to implement a scalable ERP environment, prepare for the first financial statement audit, and strengthen financial controls and reporting processes. The Vice President of Finance will also be responsible for building the internal finance team and infrastructure to support the company's expansion. This hands-on leadership position requires a strategic partner who can translate financial performance into actionable business insights and support the organization's value creation strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in a similar senior role, and the ability to work closely with executive leadership, the board, and investors.
