Board of Supervisors (RvT) Member

The Company is seeking a Board of Supervisors member with strong digital expertise to provide strategic oversight and advice during a merger and digital transformation. The member will help supervise the Executive Board, advise on and approve organizational strategy and policy, and monitor performance and results. Responsibilities include reviewing multi-year plans, budgets, annual accounts, and reports, as well as contributing to the Audit Committee’s oversight of financial processes, risk management, compliance, and digital transformation. The role calls for a strategic partner who can constructively challenge leadership while respecting its responsibility for implementation. Candidates should bring substantial experience shaping digital change and a visionary, practical perspective on areas such as data governance, information security, responsible technology, digital inclusion, and misinformation. Understanding of good governance and willingness to accept the legal duties and responsibilities of board membership are essential; senior management experience is welcome but not required. Applicants should be proactive, curious, pragmatic, and able to advise effectively within resource constraints. Proficient written and spoken English and an affinity with the organization’s mission and community-centered approach are also required.
