Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead a complex acute-care hospital. The CEO will guide financial performance, operational discipline, physician alignment, strategic growth, and overall organizational leadership. The role calls for a leader who can identify opportunities, strengthen performance, and implement turnaround initiatives in response to financial challenges. Experience with integrated healthcare delivery relationships would be valuable. Candidates should have a demonstrated record of successfully leading a complex acute-care hospital, preferably in a for-profit setting. Strong capabilities in financial and operational leadership, physician alignment, strategic planning, and organizational management are required. Experience working with an affiliated health plan or within integrated healthcare delivery arrangements is an advantage.
