Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to work in close partnership with the founder, focusing on the implementation of a robust value creation and organic growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a steady 10% organic growth rate through a combination of share of wallet, pricing, marketing, referrals, technology, and new client acquisition strategies. This role also involves shaping the firm's identity in the market, aligning product and service offerings, and coaching and developing advisors to enhance their business development and client management skills. The CEO will be expected to personally contribute to new business development and establish a scalable growth engine, while also setting and tracking performance against the firm's growth objectives. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in business development or sales, with a strong preference for those with experience in the wealth management industry or significant exposure to the RIA/private-wealth ecosystem. The role requires a leader with experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading others, and a strong background in analytical and financial acumen.
