Division Head, Breast Imaging

The Company seeks a Division Head of Breast Imaging to lead and develop a high-performing academic breast imaging program. The role includes guiding faculty, mentoring and developing talent, and supporting recruitment and retention while fostering accountability, collegiality, and excellent patient care. The Division Head will collaborate across clinical programs to improve access and strengthen multidisciplinary breast care, while advancing the use of technology and innovation to enhance clinical quality and the patient experience. They will also support the complementary missions of clinical care, education, research, and service, and help extend high-quality breast imaging to underserved communities. Candidates must hold an MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree and be board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology, with fellowship training in Breast Imaging or equivalent experience. Eligibility for medical licensure in the relevant state is required. Applicants should demonstrate clinical excellence in breast imaging and a strong record of achievement in an academic environment, including contributions to education, scholarship, research, or related academic work. Previous leadership experience in breast imaging, radiology, or a related clinical program is highly desirable.
