Vice President, Healthcare Services Investment Banking

The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its healthcare services investment banking team. The role involves taking ownership of client relationships and executing transactions, with the opportunity to grow into a broader coverage leadership position. The work is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, with additional exposure to leveraged finance, capital markets, and initial public offerings. The successful candidate will contribute in a lean, collaborative team and build trusted relationships with clients. Candidates should have prior healthcare investment banking experience at the junior vice president or vice president level, gained at a large investment bank, elite advisory firm, or leading middle-market platform. Significant sell-side M&A execution experience is required; experience in capital raising and financing is also valued. Healthcare services experience is preferred, though candidates from other healthcare sectors with strong M&A backgrounds may be considered. An entrepreneurial approach, interest in developing client relationships, and a collaborative, team-oriented working style are essential.
