Fractional Chief Executive

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive to provide strategic leadership while remaining closely involved in day-to-day operations. The role includes delivering strategic priorities, advocating for the profession, and ensuring members receive relevant support. The Chief Executive will build relationships across the health sector, represent the organization with stakeholders, and provide the Board with advice and reporting. Responsibilities also include overseeing member services, communications, finances, governance support, resources, and administrative operations. Candidates should bring significant leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector, ideally within a membership organization, and strong communication, advocacy, and relationship-management skills. They should be experienced in leading people collaboratively and working with, advising, or reporting to a Board. Strong financial and commercial acumen, sound judgment, political awareness, and a pragmatic approach are required. The successful candidate will be able to balance strategic and operational priorities and credibly represent a national profession.
