Regional Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee operations across more than 12 hotels and manage projects as directed. Responsibilities include maintaining service and operational standards, supporting long-range planning, troubleshooting, and mentoring new General Managers. The role oversees regional sales and revenue performance, conducts performance reviews, and helps hotel teams develop capital expenditure plans. The Regional Vice President will analyze financial and satisfaction data, visit properties, work with owners and asset managers, prepare reports, and ensure consistent adherence to applicable standards and procedures. They will also develop managers and support strategic growth initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate success leading, coaching, and developing large operational teams, along with strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret complex data and drive results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed to work effectively across organizational levels. The role calls for a record of improving employee engagement and guest satisfaction, as well as experience with capital planning, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Frequent travel to support hotel teams and operations is required.
