Vice President of Sales, Global Coolant Distribution Units (CDU) Remote (anywhere in Ohio)

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to take the helm of its global commercial organization, with a focus on a specific business portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the global revenue number, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and sustaining executive-level relationships with a diverse range of partners. This role demands a thought leader who can identify and capitalize on market opportunities, as well as a hands-on approach to engaging with customers, engineering teams, and manufacturing sites across multiple regions. The VP of Sales will be a critical member of the leadership team, tasked with scaling the business and ensuring that commercial commitments are met with the necessary capacity and operational readiness. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in sales and commercial leadership within a multi-national, matrixed manufacturing organization. The role requires a proven track record of success, including ownership of a global revenue number of $500M or greater, and experience in scaling a business through rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end customer negotiations, long-term agreements, and a deep understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and CRM tools. While not mandatory, direct experience in selling liquid cooling, thermal management, power, or critical infrastructure into data center end markets is a plus. The role also demands the ability to travel as needed, including internationally, and a commitment to institutionalizing a culture of performance and accountability within the sales organization.
