Vice President, Provider Solutions Business Architecture Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead provider business architecture, requirements validation, application design, and configuration standards across multiple delivery and transformation initiatives. The role translates business strategy, client and contractual commitments, and regulatory requirements into consistent, executable designs. Responsibilities include establishing reusable process models and governance, overseeing design decisions and exceptions, and aligning product, technology, implementation, and client stakeholders. The executive will lead a large team, guide complex client solution challenges, and drive standardization, automation, design reuse, and measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred. Requirements include 15 or more years of relevant architecture, design, or healthcare technology experience, including substantial leadership of matrixed teams and senior-level experience. Candidates should also bring at least 10 years supporting Medicaid, public-sector healthcare, or similarly regulated programs, including five years in provider solutions or implementations, and have led at least two large-scale implementations or enterprise transformations. Demonstrated expertise in reusable standards, governance, requirements traceability, application design, and cross-functional leadership is essential, along with experience translating contracts and regulatory requirements into executable designs and improving measurable delivery outcomes.
