The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on the critical role of managing invoicing, accounting, and collections. This is a hands-on position that requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to ensure the accuracy of financial records, timely invoicing, and effective cash flow management. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and sending a high volume of monthly invoices, keeping track of billing terms for over 100 clients, and resolving any billing issues. Additionally, the role involves accounts receivable, partnering with the client success team to follow up on late payments, and maintaining a clear picture of the company's financial status. The Head of Finance will also be involved in the monthly close process, categorizing transactions, and working with external accountants on financial matters. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or finance, with a preference for those who have supported a US-based company. The role requires hands-on experience with invoicing and accounts receivable, proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and have clear, professional communication skills. While not mandatory, a degree in accounting or finance, progress toward a CPA, and experience with financial tools and platforms are considered advantageous.
